1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Order Verification: For security, high-value or irregular orders may require an extra 1 business day for verification. We will notify you if this occurs.
- Order Changes: Need to update or cancel your order? Contact us at 2454265601@qq.com as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before your order enters fulfillment.

- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa)

Important Notes:
- Delivery to islands/territories is an estimate and may be affected by weather, logistics, or customs.
- Expedited service is not available to all remote locations.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees in U.S. territories.
5. International Shipping
At this time, FastDeals does not ship outside the United States and its territories. We are exploring future expansion.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email.
- Delivery Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and someone is available to receive packages. We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier or for theft after delivery.
- Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, and the package is returned, reshipping fees will apply.
7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us at 2454265601@qq.com. We will start a carrier investigation and help resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
